Shipping policies:
Please contact me if you would like to arrange for free local pickup. I will deduct shipping charges after arrangements are made.
All US orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx depending on the order.
Seller will reimburse any shipping overcharges if actual shipping cost is at least $2 less than estimated shipping charge.
Seller will ship items within 5 business days of purchase date.
Seller is not responsible for stolen, lost or damaged items.
All packages are shipped with delivery confirmation.
Please ensure packages are shipped to a secure location. Due to the nature of my one person operation creating original art, I cannot replace stolen or damaged items.
Please let me know at time of purchase if you would like your package to be insured or signed for upon delivery so I can add the additional fee to your total.
Returns:
Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges in the event of a return.
Returned items should be packaged and returned in original, undamaged condition.
A percentage of buyer's refund will be deducted if not returned in original condition.
Please contact me within 7 days of delivery date to plan for returning your item.
All returns must be postmarked and shipped within 15 days of the original delivery date.
